Extended Stay

OMW hotel room rates are available Monday, May 27th through Tuesday, June 4th. We welcome everyone to book these additional days before and after the mandatory stay dates of One Magical Weekend (Friday, May 31st thru Sunday, June 2nd). The hotel and all of its amenities will be available to you! Turn your One Magical Weekend into One Magical Week!

Minimum Stay

One Magical Weekend requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Room Bookings Must Include the following 3 nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the event weekend. (Check-in: Friday PM / Check-out: Monday AM minimum).

Therapy Pool Party

Your room includes two (2) Therapy Pool Party wristbands for each day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday / Full Value: $210.00). Additional daily, or weekend wristbands available for purchase online or onsite at the Welcome Center.

Cancellation Policy

Before February 15, 2025, $100 processing fee. Before March 15, 2025 $100 processing fee and 1-night stay will be charged. Before April 15, 2025, $100 processing fee and 2-night stay will be charged. No refunds after April 15, 2025. All cancellation requests must be in writing to billy@onemagicalweekend.com. We will send you a cancellation form to fill out, and send back, before any refunds will be issued.
